hi how do you use songs for ringtones/message alerts i just cant seem to do it i actually bought a message alert tone but i cant use it thanx

1) If I bought a second hand one or someone gave me it if i changed the sim card would it change the bbm pin?
2) how do you restart the phone? like delete everything?

I play Sims Social on facebook and i get like 50 facebook messages every day about the stupid friggin sims game and stuff my friends send me and its so annoying
How do i stop getting facebook messages sent to my blackberry without removing facebook from my phone????

a week ago i noticed that in one of my ears whenever i put my earphones in (the apple ones that come with iphone the basic ones there white) well it really hurt when i put it in a certain place with pressure. a few days later, my friend notices my ear looks like its bleeding in the inside! she says it looks irritated and red. ( i never have any pain except when i put something in my ear) and today my friend noticed it again but i think it was the opposite ear but im not sure. i have no other symptoms and my ear kinda hurts now (theres nothing in it) but not a lot idk what do u think it is?

Okay, I was on my phone then all of a sudden the screen went weird and the writing at the bottom of the screen went to the top and the colour went weird.. What happened and how do I fix it?
If I leave it, it goes back to normal but then if I touch it and unlock the screen, it goes back.
J havent dropped it or anything.
Btw, my phone is a Nokia c3

Okay, so I am about to get an iphone 4 in a couple days. When I do the first thing I want to try is skype. So, can I skype on the iphone 4 with anyone that has a skype account, or just people with a skype account on an apple product or what?
